Terms and Conditions of Hire
Once the arrangement and total fee has been agreed, a 25% deposit will be required to secure the booking date. This is non-refundable.
The remaining 75% balance of the booking fee must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. This is non-refundable.
If the wedding or private drive is cancelled by the clients, once the final payment has been paid, we would make every effort to re-arrange the booking (subject to availability). This new arrangement would be subject to a deposit to reserve the new date.
If for any reason we are unable to re-arrange the date subject to cancellation of the original arrangement by the client, any payments received to date would not be returned.
We make every effort to collect the passengers on time and at the agreed collection and destination points. We will also advise the estimated time the journey will take to complete. However, we will not accept any liability if the passengers are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Children under the age of 10 years must be accompanied by an adult who will take full responsibility for them at all times.
The number and names of passengers must be provided prior to hire date. Additional guests will not be accepted on the day.

The destination and the main route is to be agreed at the time of booking.
Highsteppers will not accept any liability if the passengers are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Highsteppers reserves the right to refuse any booking if the journey time and distance is unacceptable.
If the driving distance is more than 5 miles for the horses a third person is needed to take the horse box to finishing point, so an extra charge will be added.
Highsteppers will travel in a 30 mile radius of Pallington. A surcharge per mile will be levied for greater distances.
Highsteppers operate a strict No Smoking policy whilst on-board the carriage.
